Domestic Orders:

CollegeHighlites currently offers UPS Ground Shipping:

 

    * UPS Ground - $6.99 (1 box), $9.99 (2 or more boxes)

 

All orders are processed immediately and processed as soon as payment is confirmed. Customer will be notified upon successful payment and upon the order shipping.

 

International Orders:

CollegeHighlites does not ship internationally at this time.

 

Cancellations:

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Please include the order confirmation e-mail in your message.

Return/Refund Policy

 

CollegeHighlites wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, one of our products does not meet your expectations, you may return your items by following the steps/rules below:

 

    * Return Time Frame:    All items must be returned within 30 days of

                                           placing order.

 

 

    * Return Authorization: Please contact us to request a return authorization. Make sure to write “Attn: Returns” in the subject line and include your order number & reason for return.

 

    * Refund Credit:            Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the

                                           return being received.

 

    * Shipping Charges:      Shipping charges incurred for delivery, return, and re-orders are not refundable.   This includes special shipping requests such as rush shipping.

 

    * Physical Condition:    All items must be in resellable condition, unless defective, and in original packaging material.
